Requirements of electric hoist for crane accessories

1. When any of the following conditions occurs to the pulley crane accessories of the metal-cast electric hoist crane, they should be scrapped:
1) Cracks.
2) The uneven wear loss of the wheel groove reaches 3mm.
3) When the wear on the wall thickness of the wheel groove reaches 20% of the original wall thickness.
4) The diameter reduction of the bottom of the wheel groove due to wear reaches 50% of the diameter of the steel wire rope.
5) Other defects related to issues that damage the components of the wire rope crane.
II. The ratio of the pulley diameter to the steel wire rope diameter of the electric hoist crane should not be less than the specified value.
III. The pulley groove of the electric hoist crane should be kept smooth and flat, and there should be no defects that could damage the steel wire rope during operation.
IV. The pulley of the electric hoist should be equipped with a device to prevent the steel wire rope from jumping out of the groove.
